Introducing
Morrow One
A dual-boiler espresso machine with the soul of a lever classic and the precision of a lab instrument.
01 Design
Folded from a single sheet of steel.
A seamless 2 mm stainless shell with no visible screws, set on a cast plinth and framed by hand-oiled walnut. It looks calm on the counter and stays that way for decades.

- 34 cmwide footprint
02 Pressure
Nine bars. Exactly.
0.0bar at the group
A rotary pump under closed-loop control holds pressure within a tenth of a bar, then lets you profile it: a gentle pre-infusion, a nine-bar peak, a slow decline.
Play the three pressure profiles03 Heat
Two boilers. No waiting.
88.0°C brew water, ±0.2
A 0.8 L brew boiler holds extraction within two tenths of a degree while a separate 1.8 L steam boiler stays ready. Pull a shot and steam milk at the same time, from cold to ready in eight minutes.
Inside the machine04 Extraction
A 27-second ritual.
0seconds, timed on the front panel
Lift the lever and the E61-style group pre-infuses the puck before full pressure arrives. The shot timer starts by itself, so every cup is repeatable.

Steam that never runs dry.
1.5 bar of dry steam through a cool-touch, four-hole tip. Silky microfoam for one flat white or six cappuccinos in a row.
