Is the deposit really refundable?

Yes, in full and for any reason, until your machine ships. Reply to any of our emails and it is back on your card within five working days.

What if the batch sells out?

Reservations are numbered in the order they arrive. Past 400, you join the second batch at the same price and we tell you the expected date before taking a deposit.

Can I try one before I decide?

Come to a Saturday tasting at our Portland workshop, or read what 58 beta owners said after nine months.

Can I return it once it arrives?

You have 30 days from delivery. If it is not for you, we collect it at our cost and refund the full $1,890.
