Yes. Describe your business and we'll build a quick, watermarked preview of your site. You can make up to 5 versions. Each new version takes the place of the last one, and the earlier ones are saved: you can bring any of them back later for $25. There's no obligation to buy.

Your first preview (up to 5 versions) and your first video are free. Past that, each new site or video we generate uses real AI computing and our own running costs, and the fee mainly covers those.

These fees are not the price of your site or video. You own them when you buy: a clean download with no watermark, yours to keep.

It's part of your website order. Turn on “Add a launch video” in the checkout, pick 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes, and pay once. We suggest a type and style for your business and use the details and photos you already gave us, so there's nothing to fill in again. Bought with your website, it's 15% off.

Yes. After your site is delivered you can upgrade it from your project page, and 80% of what you've paid for its tier counts toward the new one (for example, Essential to Signature costs $630 instead of $750). Expedite, edits, domains, videos, hosting and tax don't count. Your current site stays live until the new one is delivered. See the worked examples.

The clock starts the moment your payment goes through. Standard times are: Essential: 1 hour (15 minutes expedited); Signature: 3 hours (1 hour expedited); Showcase: 8 hours (2 hours expedited).

Launch videos arrive in 2 hours (30 seconds), 4 hours (1 minute) or 8 hours (2 minutes). When the video is part of your website order, that clock starts when your website is delivered, so the video can show your finished site.

We refund the expedite fee automatically. You don't need to ask, and you still get your site.

Open your site, click anything and leave a comment, like "make this headline shorter" or "use our blue here." When you're ready, send the whole round (up to 25 comments). One round of comments counts as one edit.

Signature includes 1 round and Showcase includes 4. Extra rounds are $25 for Essential and Signature and $75 for Showcase.

Your site goes live on your own domain. Buy a new one through us, or connect one you already own at no charge. You can check names before you start.

Each domain is priced by name, and you see the exact price before you buy. You're the registered owner.

Hosting is free for the first 12 months. After that it's $10 a month or $100 a year. We remind you 30 days and 7 days before anything renews.

You do, completely. Everything we make for you is yours to use however you like, and AgentX keeps no rights to it. After you pay, you can download the full site files and your video.

• If we clearly fail (broken or never delivered), we refund you or rebuild it free.
• A paid video that doesn't render properly gets a redo or a refund.

Yes. Your site and video are generated with AI from what you tell us and the files you upload. Please read everything before you publish: you're responsible for what goes live, and you know your business best.

If anything looks wrong or offensive, use "Report a problem" and we'll fix it or refund you. See our AI content policy.

Yes. Photos and video of you, your staff, your customers or your events are welcome. Please only upload people who are happy to appear on your site; you decide how your content is published and used.

We decline uploads that show nudity or sexual content, graphic violence or hate symbols, and files we can't open. Your site and video can also show illustrated or AI-generated people where they fit your style.

No. Our service isn't built for health records or other sensitive personal data, so please don't include any in your answers or uploads.

Yes, any time. From your dashboard you can delete any upload, preview, site, video or your whole account. Deleted items disappear right away and we purge the files from our systems, and from our vendors' systems where they hold copies. We keep only the order records the law requires.
